Returns & Refunds
Return Window
- 7-day return window on most products
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Restocking Fees

| Product has shipped | 10% |
| Product not shipped | 5% (transaction fees) |
Warranty claims are handled separately and are excluded from restocking fees.
Return Eligibility
- Item must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition
- Original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase required
- Products damaged, modified, or disassembled by the user are not eligible
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
How to Start a Return
- Email Sales@nightraider.co.nz with your order number and reason for return
- If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return address
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
- Applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund
- Please allow a few business days for processing
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return. Warranty terms vary by product — please refer to the product page for details or contact us if you’re unsure.
Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, return your item for approval first. Once accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact sales@nightraider.co.nz.
