The SomoGear PEQ-16 Aiming Laser is a versatile multi-function tactical module combining a visible laser, IR laser, VCSEL IR illuminator, and 600 lumen CREE LED flashlight into one compact unit. Designed for airsoft, tactical training, and night vision setups, this device provides reliable target acquisition and illumination in low-light environments.

Featuring co-aligned visible and infrared aiming lasers, the PEQ-16 ensures accurate alignment, with less than 10 cm deviation at 30 meters. The integrated VCSEL IR illuminator delivers consistent beam projection with a fixed angle of 5.73°, producing an approximate 3 meter flood diameter at 30 meters distance. A diffuser cover is included for improved IR light distribution.

Constructed from high-strength polymer reinforced with floating fiber, the PEQ-16 offers durability while maintaining a lightweight design. The unit includes a prototype hand-feel selector switch, adjustable windage and elevation controls for laser zeroing, and compatibility with Crane mil-spec plug remote switches. Designed to mount on Picatinny MIL-STD-1913 rails, this aiming module integrates easily into modern tactical or airsoft builds.
