ADAPTER PLATES - COMTAC

Compatibility

This aftermarket snap-in plate used on this model is similar to that found on 3M™ Peltor™ HY79 / HY80 snap-in mounting plate. If your headset is not listed below but is still compatible with the HY79 or HY80 marked plate, then it is guaranteed compatible with this model.

If your headset uses a 3M™ Peltor™ HY10 marked adapter plate commonly found on Optime™ headsets, a different model is required. If your headset uses HYX1, HYX2, HYX3, HYX4, or HYX5 marked adapter plates, a different model is also required.

This HY79 / HY80 style mounting plate does not fit RangeGuard™ or Sport Tactical 100 / 300 / 500™ models. These headsets use an existing plastic mounting plate which can be reused by removing the original foam pads and installing adhesive-backed replacement pads.
